Find locations that you can checkin on a daily basis. Also look for locations that do not have a mayor who is deeply entrenched, someone with tens of checkins.
After getting the badge if you go below the 10 mayorships to get the badge you still keep this badge.

Для получения этого бейджа необходимо получить (и удерживать на момент выдачи бейджа) титул мэра как минимум в 10 местах. Если после получения бейджа количество ваших мэрств сократиться, бейдж, конечно же, никуда не денется.
